Coleophora spiraeella Rbl.
Lepidoptera: Coleophoridae

Univoltine (V-IX.). Host is Spiraea. The caterpillar mines from a sack. The sack is 7-8 mm long, brown. The mouth hole is in a 45° angle with the longitudinal axis of the sack. The mine is an irregular bilateral blotch mine without faeces in it and with a small hole on the lower epidermis. Central and South European species, occurs at many places in Hungary.
