Hymenoptera: Tenthredinidae

Univoltine (V-VI.). Hosts are Ulmus species. The larva is yellowish brown with brown head. Makes a blotch mine on the upper surface of the leaf. Palaearctic species, and was accidentally introduced to North America. Common everywhere in Hungary.
