Liriomyza variegata Meigen Bivoltine (VI-IX.). Hosts are Astragalus, Colutea and Lathyrus. The first part of the mine is a serpentine mine following the leaf margin. Later it turns toward the middle of the leaf and widens into a blotch mine. The faeces fills up the first, serpentine mine and can be found in batches within the blotch mine.
