Metopomyza violiphaga Hendel
Diptera: Agromyzidae

Probably univoltine (VII-VIII.). The mine is a blotch on the upper surface. The faeces is deposited in small and scattered piles within it. Often several larvae can be found in one mine. Central and South European species, occurring in Hungary.
