Phyllonorycter comparella Zeller
Lepidoptera: Lithocolletidae

Bivoltine (VII. és IX-X.), hosts are Populus alba and P. canescens. The blotch mine on the underside is hardly seen, the moderate bump on the upper surface is marble coloured with a green island in it. The larva pupates within the mine. Central European species, occurring everywhere in Hungary.
