Phyllonorycter tremulae Zeller
Lepidoptera: Lithocolletidae

Bivoltine (VI-VII. and VIII-X.). Host is Populus tremula. Oval blotch mine on the underside. The lower epidermis often gets pinkish brown. Hardly pulls the leaf together. The faeces is in a concentrated pile at one end of the mine. North and Central European species, occurs at many places in Hungary.
