Phytomyza senecionis Kaltenbach
Diptera: Agromyzidae

Bivoltine (VI-IX.). Hosts are the Senecio species. The long and narrow mine widens gradually. Several bends can be found in the mine, but in its longer part runs straight, following the veins. The faeces can be seen as a dotted line within the mine. Central European species.
