Stigmella mespilicola (Frey) Bivoltine (VII. and IX-X.). Hosts are Sorbus, Cotoneaster and Amelanchier. The larva is greenish yellow. The serpentine mine widens fast, the faeces does not fill it up. Central and South European species.
