Stigmella paradoxa Frey
Lepidoptera: Nepticulidae

Bivoltine (IV-V. and VI-VII.). The light green larva makes a blotch mine on the upper surface, reaching the leaf margin or the leaf lobes. The faeces is most often deposited in the middle (can also be deposited at one side), but never fills up the whole mine. Occurs in most of Europe, common in Hungary.
